Generation Clay bridges the gap not only between ages, but also between hearts from every state, province and country. (...Issa Cook)
The National Inclusion Project exists to bridge the gap that exists between young people with special needs and the world around them.
The background for our name choice....
In choosing Generation Clay for
our name, we felt that it reflected the wide range of ages in our
membership. Our membership has included a number of teenagers. We also welcome the occasional concert attendance
of a number of husbands (the most patient of men)who are one by one
being Clayverted!
Our name Generation Clay
also refers to Clay's leadership in a new direction for pop music. It's
a new generation of music!
Generation Clay also supports wholeheartedly Clay's leadership in the area of charity work, in following the Golden Rule, and in making a difference, particularly for those who are less fortunate than we are. UNICEF did well in choosing Clay Aiken to be an Ambassador for Education. And TheNational Inclusion Project is doing wonderful work!
Who We Are
Generation Clay is a group of
Clayfans who first met in claytonaiken.com in the summer of 2003. We
formed our own group in the summer of 2004. We are here together to love and support
Clay Aiken. As so many have said before us, "We came for the voice and
stayed for the man."
Generation Clay members live in many states (e.g. OH, CA, FL, NC ); two
Canadian provinces (ON and QC); and in New Zealand! You will see us at
concerts (We do seem to get around!) wearing our matching t-shirts.
"Clay Aiken: making a difference, one day/one person at a time."
